The double cone blender is used to produce homogeneous mixture of dry powder and granules. Mixing is a one of the common step in the manufacturing of tablets, food, chemicals, cosmetics, detergents, fertilizers and plastics. The SLANT double cone design eliminates dead spots for mixing to get the effective volume for optimum homogeneity is between 35-70% of gross volume.

Ribbon Mixer is designed with Twin mixing Ribbon. During mixing, twin ribbon can mix powder in convective direction, inner and outer, up and down to even powder in short time. "Air leakproof device" is patent design to prevent powder pollution. According to particular powder, Heating system, Liquid Spraying system and High speed chopper can be installed in mixer to solve the special mixing requirement.

Octagonal Blender, due to its octagonal shape is designed to process larger volume of material. It occupies less space compared to other similar blenders like 'V' and Double Cone.Power consumption is also less. The blending takes place at low speed during operation. It is well balanced even in higher capacities. It is very useful for pharmaceutical industries wherein gentle blending of dry granules of powder is to be done. It is a slow speed blender and has removable type baffles mounted on a rectangular shell. The important feature of the machine is easy to wash in place. Octagonal blender is supplied with a bin charging system or can be designed for vacuum charging.
